Below are our Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

 

General Terms

To qualify for wholesale pricing you must be a valid retail business. By placing a wholesale order you agree to our terms and conditions and certify that you are such. You are only authorised to sell Wordbits products as the business you provided on the Wordbits Stockist Application, through your own channels. You are not permitted to resell or distribute through other retailers. 

 

Placing your wholesale order

Please place whoesale orders through our online linesheet: www.brandboom.com/app/a/8C00C224B8A

Minimum total order is 10 units per SKU.

Our products come from the factory in cartons with 60 sets per carton. If you are ordering larger quantities we recommend purchasing in units of 60 to maximise your storage and shipping efficiencies.

All Wholesale orders should be placed through our linesheet. We will then generate an invoice for you and be able to provide more details regarding the timing of your delivery and shipping cost. 

   

Changes or cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 business day of the order placement however may incur charges for bank transfer fees when providing refunds.

By default we provide store credit rather than a refund, but of course please contact us about your order if there are any questions or changes.

We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice, unless invoiced prior. 

 

Shipping and handling

The cost of shipping is covered by the customer. Shipping will be charged separately, we will provide an invoice for this once your order has been received.

Wordbits ApS are not liable for customs and tax charges on international orders. 

Wordbits ApS will ensure all deliveries are insured by the delivery service.

 

 

Shipping and timeframes

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, delivery times are unpredictable. Once your order has been placed we will be in touch with shipping options and cost, and can advise a delivery timeframe.

 

Issue Resolution

Any problems with deliveries or damaged stock should be directed to annabel@wordbits.co and accompanied by photos if possible.

Retailers are not able to return goods until they have received a written authorisation. The cost of returning damaged deliveries will be covered by Wordbits ApS. Goods sent back without authorisation will not be credited to your account.

 

Copyright and intellectual property

We encourage the sharing of our images and videos  such as on social media, but ask that you tag or credit us. 

All material found on our website and social media platforms is the sole property of Wordbits ApS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law – this includes but is not limited to product designs, images and social content. 

 

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Wordbits ApS. Wordbits does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
